The Incumbents are a rock cover band from London, Ontario, and are available to play bars, private parties, and charity events. The Incumbents play cover songs that are well-known and loved by rock audiences. The Incumbents bring crowds to their feet with cover songs by The Rolling Stones, KISS, AC/DC, Tom Petty, Jimmy Eat World, Aerosmith, Green Day, Foo Fighters, Cheap Trick, Collective Soul, Big Sugar, and ZZ Top.

The Incumbents are: Tracey Moore (guitar, vocals) Jason Holmes (guitar, vocals) Mark Newcombe (bass) Doug Foreman (drums)

Tracey Moore (guitar, vocals): Tracey grew up exposed to music from an early age, getting his first electric guitar at the age of 12. From there his love for music was taken to a new level and now many years later, that passion still exists and fuels the desire to be on stage performing. Tracey’s early musical influences were 70’s and 80’s hard rock, but over the years has learned to appreciate many genres and styles of music.

Jason Holmes (guitar, vocals): Jason has been playing guitar for around 25 years. He took some time off the music scene for a while, but is excited to be back into it full force and loving every second of it. He loves The Beatles, Aerosmith, and just about anything Dave Grohl has ever been involved in.

Mark Newcombe (bass): Mark has been enjoying the stage since buying his first bass at a pawn shop at 17 years old. His early influences include AC/DC, Black Sabbath, KISS, and Led Zeppelin. His current musical taste was honed during the 90’s when he was introduced to Pearl Jam, I Mother Earth and Radiohead.

Doug Foreman (drums): Doug’s parents influenced his musical tastes to start (Hippies they were!) His Musical Horizons grew as he experimented with more percussive instruments. This then lead to different styles and techniques.   His musical influences are Classical, Latin, Rock, Funk, R&B, Country, Hip Hop. Any Number of Bands that fall into “Da-Groove”
