Helix has just released it’s 13th full length studio CD “BASTARD OF THE BLUES” to coincide with their 40th Anniversary. The first single has been released to Canadian radio: Even Jesus (Wasn’t Loved In His Home Town) Last month the band played three successful shows in Spain: Barcelona/Pamplona/& Madrid. One week after returning home they headed for the U.S., playing “Canadian Invasion Day” in Sioux Falls, S. Dakota with Canadian bandmates Loverboy/April Wine/& Honeymoon Suite. The day, which was Day 1 of RIBFEST, broke all previous attendance records with 15,000 people attending that particular day.
