Hi there, I’d like to take a moment and tell you about a unique band that is actually two bands in one.

Originally formed in 2006 by Bob Bromley and Rob Ward as the Ocean, they first started out as a Led Zeppelin tribute act. This was when they grabbed powerhouse vocalist Sandra McMillan (then Perkins). Shortly after that the rhythm section changed and picked up seasoned veterans Jamie Lloyd (bass) and Tom McMillan (drums).

After a 2 year hiatus band founder and lead guitarist Bob Bromley was replaced by the amazing Ken Kobe and the incomparable Joe Bettencourt was added on keyboards. In 2015 Sandra left the band to be replaced by the amazing pipes of Jude Coyle.

Since that time the band has had many requests to play other music as well as Led Zeppelin material. So as necessity is the mother of invention, the band decided to take on a dual role and now offer our services in one of two great ways. You can hire us as HIGH TIDE and have an awesome night of hard rockin party favourites like AC/DC, Janis Joplin, Alice Cooper and Deep Purple or you can hire THE OCEAN and enjoy an evening of Led Zeppelin. Either way you win!
