Bender is a London based 70’s & 80’s Classic Rock band that was formed in January, 2009. The band has built up a large reputation as having high energy onstage, as well as a full visual show consisting of elaborate LED Lighting system, Lasers and Smoke Machines. Although the band is flexible in terms of being able to tailor the live show to the Venue and expectations of the Venue Owner.
Bender’s set list of songs are known for being everyone’s favorites by bands such as: Led Zeppelin, Triumph, Deep Purple, Bad Company, Kiss, Styx, April Wine, Eagles, Aerosmith, Rick Derringer, and many many more Legendary Bands. Bender’s resume consists of being billed along with Our Lady Peace for the Grey Cup’s 100th Anniversary in Toronto 2012, playing the same bills as recording artist Sarah Smith, all the A-List Bars in London and surrounding area up to and including the legendary Gables in Grand Bend, Ontario. The band is constantly getting re-booked at the venues they play as well as being asked to perform at Benefits like Tara Boom, The Mitten Ball, London Rocks Movember and numerous other Charity Functions. Bender has opened for Our Lady Peace, Montrose, and Hell’s Bell’s to name a few.
