PETTY FEVER is the Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers tribute show from Canada.
All Petty , All night. From "Freefallin" to "Breakdown",
and "Mary Janes Last Dance" to " Runnin' Down a Dream", you
get them all at a FULL PETTY FEVER show. Performed in authentic outfits, with
all the Rickenbacker guitars and Vox amplifiers you'd expect, FPF will take you
on a musical journey of over 40 years of Pettys best, and even throw in some
Traveling Wilburys for good measure. Check back often for upcoming shows and events

I’ve had the distinct pleasure of
seeing Full Petty Fever numerous times live and they have never let me down –
and the best compliment to them is I’m not a big Tom Petty fan and yet they
still grabbed hold of my tapping foot and brought me right into what they were
doing onstage – and when a band accomplishes that you know they are worth the
price of admission.
To me there is 3 types of Tribute
bands: one, the music I like as a fan of the real band and go with high
expectations and walk away thrilled; two, the music I’m so-so about as a music
fan and walk away with new respect and admiration for the music: third, well we will leave it at two.
Full Petty Fever is the second point
for me, as mentioned not a big Petty fan but FPF delivers an amazing show live
and has you thinking as you leave “That was damn impressive!”
Cam Grant looks and sounds the part of
Tom Petty to a “T” – it’s almost uncanny how much he resembles the recently
passed superstar –
and make no mistake
– his band are high caliber
musicians in their own right, they are amazing to hear as they replicate the
magical sounds of the Petty catalogue live.
Tribute bands will always to me be in
vogue, they allow you to go see (when done right) an almost exact replication
of the major act you love to hear and visually they will have their stage show
dead on the money to complete the illusion. You will walk out of a venue
hearing all the songs you love by your favorite artist and you didn’t have to
pay a ridiculous amount of cash or travel to another city to do it. Plus, you
get to enjoy it with all your friends which makes the experience even better.
Full Petty Fever is VERY worthy of a ticket and will give you a great night of live entertainment in the vein of Tom Petty music all night long. They are what a Tribute band should be – excellent !!
