On+June+13,+2017+the+Municipal+Council+of+The+Corporation+of+the+City+of+London+passed+zoning+by-law+amendment+number+Z.-1-1+72586,+the+purpose+and+effect+of+this+by-law+is+to+remove+Section+4.18+5)+(ENTERTAINMENT)+from+the+Zoning+By-law+(Z.-1)+to+permit+amplified+or+electronic+music,+dancing+and+other+forms+of+entertainment+on+outdoor+patios+associated+with+a+restaurant+or+tavern.
This+by-law+amendment+was+subsequently+appealed+to+the+Ontario+Municipal+Board+on+July+11,+2017.+The+Ontario+Municipal+Board+has+scheduled+a+4+day+hearing+beginning+on+Tuesday+May+15,+2018+in+Committee+Room+#5+at+City+Hall+(2+Floor,+300+Dufferin+Aye,+London+ON)+starting+at+11am.

OMB Meetings to Commence May 15, 2018
On June 13, 2017 the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of London passed zoning by-law amendment number Z.-1-1 72586, the purpose and effect of this by-law is to remove Section 4.18 5) (ENTERTAINMENT) from the Zoning By-law (Z.-1) to permit amplified or electronic music, dancing and other forms of entertainment on outdoor patios associated with a restaurant or tavern.
This by-law amendment was subsequently appealed to the Ontario Municipal Board on July 11, 2017. The Ontario Municipal Board has scheduled a 4 day hearing beginning on Tuesday May 15, 2018 in Committee Room #5 at City Hall (2 Floor, 300 Dufferin Aye, London ON) starting at 11am.
